Hybrid Meter with Fluke

CAT III test equipment is required for working on Hybrid vehicles due to the the risk of injury or death by electric shock. With voltages up to 650V, a CAT III rated meter is needed to protect the test equipment for damage, the vehicle components from arcing between circuits, and the user from potential shock hazards.

But the meter does not include CAT III test leads, they much be purchased separately.
