If the START button is not clickable then the software does not see a scope.
A few things to check:
- Verify using an automotive scope and not T&M
- Make sure they have all other instances of Pico software closed (cannot be connected to both PD and PicoScope6 at the same time).
- Verify the scope is connected and drivers are installed. Close all instances of Pico software, open PS6 and see if get a trace.
- Verify using the latest version of software.
Most likely has other instance of Pico software open or drivers aren’t loaded.
If driver problem, move the scope to another USB port and wait for found new hardware driver installation to complete.
